Monson was born in Sitka, Alaska, grew up in Silvana, Washington, graduated from Arlington High School, and the University of Washington in 1964 when he began his career in public accounting with Ansell Johnson & Co., Certified Public Accountants. Bob is married and has three children and seven grandchildren. His leisure time activities include golf and riding his Harley. Bob is a Certified Public Accountant licensed to practice in the State of Washington. Steven B. Bass is a lifelong Seattle resident, graduating from Queen Anne High School and the University of Washington. He has spent over 30 years practicing public accounting. Steve's practice specialties include serving not-for-profit organizations and small businesses, nursing homes, and continuing care retirement centers. His background includes management consulting, financial reporting, taxes, operational audits, businessman's reviews of entities, and controllership issues. Steve has served as a board member on many community and professional organizations. Steve is a Certified Public Accountant licensed to practice in the State of Washington. Deidre M. Roberts grew up in Eastern Washington and graduated from Eastern Washington University. Deidre is married and has three children. Her leisure time is spent going to school and children's events. She has spent the last 19 years practicing public accounting. Deidre's practice specialties include serving not-for-profit organizations, and Low Income Multi-Family HUD Projects. Other industries served include manufacturers, contractors, restaurants, and service organizations. Her background includes financial reporting, peer reviews and taxes. Deidre has served as a member of the peer review committee and financial statements review committee for the Washington Society of Certified Public Accountants.
